Adams, Edward Vernon
Born 22nd October 1889 Avoca Tasmania to Edward John and Charlotte Adams (nee Densley) married with 4 children and a miner who embarked Melbourne 10th September 1915 on board “HMAT Makarini with the 12th Infantry Battalion He was serving with the 1st Pioneer Battalion when he was killed in action 20th July 1916 by a shell explosion in France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
