Austin, John William

Born 20^th June 1888 Evandale Tasmania to John and Mary Ann Esther Austin (nee Tripp) married to Margaret Louisa Floyd, he departed Hobart 1^st July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion..

He was killed in action 13^th October 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated in the Tyne Cot Cemetery, Belgium.
