Bailey, Arthur Ernest

Born 6^th May 1891 Portland Tasmania to Frederick and Mary Bailey (nee Jones) a labourer who departed Melbourne 10^th November 1915 on board “HMAT Ascanius” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

 He was killed in action at Messines and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.
