Barwick Arther Thomas Lewis

 

 

Born 1881 Tea Tree Tasmania to Arthur Frederick and Mary Ann Barwick (nee Barwick) and married to Ola Gauletta Burril, a farmer who embarked Sydney 25th June 1915 on board “HMAT Ceramic” with the 18th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 22nd August 1915 on Hill 60 Gallipoli and is commemorated on the Lone Pine Memorial, Gallipoli, Turkey.
