Beaumont, Bertie Alexander

Born 8^th October 1895 Ulverstone Tasmania to Alexander and Hannah Maria Beaumont (nee Sushames) a builder who departed Fremantle 26^th June 1915 on board “HMAT Wandilla” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 52^nd Battalion when he died 17^th January 1917 from wounds received at Flers France (artillery fire) and is buried in the Bulls Road Cemetery, Flers, France.
