Berechree, Leo Erwin

Born 12^th June 1895 Emu Bay Tasmania the son of Thomas Stephen and Sarah Ann Berechree (nee Brewster) a labourer he embarked Melbourne 29^th October 1915 with the 26^th Infantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 12^th Battalion when he was killed in action 19^th August 1916 in France and is commemorated in the Courcelette British Cemetery, Picardie, France
