Bramich, Tyson Kenneth
Born 10th November 1895 West Pine Tasmania to Bernard Harrison and Alice Bramich (nee Ballantyne) a farmer who departed Hobart 8th August 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 12th Infantry Battalion. He was appointed Lance Corporal 19th June 1917 two months later was killed in action 19th August 1917 and buried Derry House Cemetery No 2, Belgium His brother Alden Bernard Bramich was killed at Passchendaele Mr and Mrs. B H. Bramich, of Myalla, have received the sad intelligence that their second son, Kenneth, has been killed in action. He was the first son of the family to enlist early in the war. On reaching Egypt he had a serious illness and was invalided home but returned shortly afterwards. Two other brothers are on active service. Examiner Launceston 22nd Sep 1917
