Brammall, Francis John
Born 1896 Lindisfarne Tasmania the son of Alfred George and Alice Brammall (nee Harbottle) he enlisted as soon as he turned 18 and embarked Melbourne 5th October 1916 on board “HMAT Afric” with the 1st Light Horse Brigade.
He was serving with the 4th Divisional Ammunition Column when he died 30th September 1918 at the 41st Casualty Clearing Station in France from shell wounds to the right thigh. He is commemorated in the Doingt Communal Cemetery Extension, Doingt, Peronne, Picardie, France
