Broad, David Allan

Born Forth Tasmania the son of Steven Edmund and Teresa Broad (nee Polson) a labourer he embarked Hobart 8^th August 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 42^nd Battalion when he was killed in action 10^th June 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated in the Bethleem Farm West Cemetery, West-Vlaanderen, Flanders, Belgium
