Butters, Harold Charles Born 1893 Green Ponds Tasmania the son of Robert and Martha Ann Butters (nee Reeve) married a labourer he embarked Sydney 30th September 1916 on board “HMAT Aeneas” with the 36th Australian Heavy Artillery Group. Mrs Harold Butters of Milawa, FitzWilliam Road Vaulcuse Sydney has received the following letter from Lieutenant Colonel Hurst officer in charge of the – Australian Heavy Artillery Group in reference to the death of her husband, who enlisted in Tasmania.
