Bye Arthur Douglas

Born 22^nd May 1890 Whitemore Tasmania the son of Robert and Clara Elizabeth Bye (nee Pearn) a 26 year old labourer he embarked Sydney 9^th September 1916 on board “HMAT Euripides” with the 2^nd Battalion.

He died 5^th November 1917 from wound received at Passchendaele and is commemorated in the Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery
