Campbell, Granville Stanley

Born 20^th May 1892 Scottsdale Tasmania the son of William McGregor and Martha Augusta Campbell (nee Harris) a station hand who embarked Melbourne 29^th March 1916 on board “RMS Orontes” with the 12^th Infrantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 52^nd Battalion killed in action 7^th June 1917 at Messines Ridge and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.
