Chalk, Richard George

Born 7^th July 1897 Launceston Tasmania to Abraham George and Annie Chalk (nee Miller) he was a produce buyer when he enlisted.

He departed Hobart 8^th August 1916 with the 40^th Battalion on the HMAT Ballarat.

Wounded in France he died 13^th May 1917.
