Chalk, Richard George
Born 7th July 1897 Launceston Tasmania to Abraham George and Annie Chalk (nee Miller) he was a produce buyer when he enlisted. He departed Hobart 8th August 1916 with the 40th Battalion on the HMAT Ballarat. Wounded in France he died 13th May 1917.
