Chapman Earl Haddon Simpson

Born 12^th February 1894 Mersey Tasmania to Douglas Earl and Clara Harvey Chapman (nee Warren) he was a Clerk when he enlisted 24^th August 1914 in Essendon Victoria.

He departed Melbourne 19^th October 1914 on board HMAT Hororata with the 7^th Battalion.

He died of wounds 30^th April 1915 during the Gallipoli Campaign.
