Chapman Earl Haddon Simpson
Born 12th February 1894 Mersey Tasmania to Douglas Earl and Clara Harvey Chapman (nee Warren) he was a Clerk when he enlisted 24th August 1914 in Essendon Victoria. He departed Melbourne 19th October 1914 on board HMAT Hororata with the 7th Battalion. He died of wounds 30th April 1915 during the Gallipoli Campaign.
