Charlesworth, Claude William

Born 1^st June 1890 Deloraine Tasmania the son of John Charles and Ellen Charlesworth (nee Broomhall) a bushman he embarked Melbourne 29^th March 1916 on board RMS Orontes with the 12^th Infantry Battalion

He was killed in action 4^th September 1916 at Moquet Farm in France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, Villers-Bretonneux, Picardie, France
