Coad, Edward Harold

Born Adelaide South Australia but living in Devonport Tasmania when he enlisted, he was married, a boxer who departed Melbourne 19^th February 1915 on board “HMAT Runic” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 6^th August 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated on the Lone Pine Cemetery, Gallipoli, Turkey.
