Cooper, Edmund James

Born Seymour Tasmania the son of Edmund and Emily Louisa Cooper a labourer he embarked Melbourne 27^th October 1915 on board “HMAT Ulysses” with the 26^th Infantry Battalion

He was serving with the 12^th Battalion when he was killed in action 6^th October 1917 Ypres Belgium and is commemorated in the Divisional Collecting Post Cemetery Extension, Belgium.
