Cooper John

Born Hamilton the son of James John and Frances Ellen Cooper (nee Eyles) he enlisted New Zealand and served with the 2nd Battalion Wellington Regiment. He died 1st October 1916 in France and is commemorated in the Caterpillar Valley (New Zealand) Memorial, Longueval, Picardie, France.
