Cowen, George
Born 1883 Port Cygnet Tasmania the son of Henry and Ann Cowen (nee Coy) a labourer he embarked Melbourne 30th September 1916 on board “HMAT Palermo” with the 12th Infantry Battalion.
He died 26th December 1916 in England from broncho pneumonia and was buried in the Durrington Cemetery, United Kingdom.
