Cross, Reuben

Born 26^th July 1893 Wynyard Tasmania to Herbert and Emma Cross, a farmer who departed Brisbane 5^th October 1915 on board “HMAT Warilda” with the 26^th Infantry Battalion.

He was wounded at Gallipoli and transferred to the Alexandria Hospital Egypt where he died 4^th January 1916 from his wounds. He was buried in the Alexandria (Chatby) Military and War Memorial Cemetery, Egypt.
