Daley Lionel Fleetwood

Born 13^th October 1899 Bryn Estyn New Norfolk, Tasmania to Fleetwood and Evelyn Louisa Daley (nee Brasington).

He enrolled 14^th February 1916 which would have made him only 17 at the time of his enlistment.  He was attached to the 40^th Battalion and left Hobart for Europe on the 1^st. July 1916 on the “HMAT Berrima”.

He died from gunshot wounds received in the thigh and hands on the 15^th April 1917 and was buried in the Trois Arbres Steenwerck cemetery in France.
