Davies, Clifford George

Born 29^th October 1889 Wynyard Tasmania to James and Margaret Jane Davies (nee Lewis) a miner who embarked Melbourne 24^th November 1915 on board RMS Orontes with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 52^nd Battalion when he was killed in action 4^th September 1916 at Moquet Farm and as he has no known grave is listed on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
