Day, Albert George

 

 

 

Born 14th March 1893 Sheffield Tasmania to George Morse and Jane Evangaline Day (nee Cocker) a Collector who embarked Melbourne 17th July 1915 on board “HMAT Orsova” with the 26th Battalion

He died of broncho pneumonia in the Government Hospital, Suez Egypt on 14th August 1915 en route to World War 1.  He is commemorated in the Suez War Memorial Cemetery, Egypt.
