Dean Allan Roy

Born Breadalbane Tasmania the son of James Edward and Emily Dean a farmer he embarked Sydney 31^st March 1916 on board “Star of Victoria” with the 9^th Infantry Battalion.

He received a gunshot wound to the forehead at Messines and died 9^th June 1917 at the 53^rd Casualty Clearing Station Belgium and was buried in the Bailleul Communal Cemetery Extension (Nord), Lille, Nord Pas de Calais, France
