Deans Harold James

Born 5^th October 1889 Boat Harbour Tasmania to John Robert and Ellen Deans (nee Reeve) a solicitor’s clerk who embarked

He was admitted to the 3^rd Canadian Casualty Clearing Station with a gunshot wound to the head on the 21^st September 1917 and next day transferred to the No 11 Stationary Hospital Rouen where he died from his wounds 6^th October 1917.

He was buried in the St Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen, France
