Donohoe, William Henry

Born Broken Hill New South Wales the son of J A Donohoe of the Devonshire Arms Hotel Fitzroy Victoria a labourer living at Queenstown Tasmania he enlisted Claremont Tasmania and embarked Melbourne 22^nd December 1914 on board “HMAT Ceramic” with the 15^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 29^th May 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated in the Shrapnel Valley Cemetery, Gallipoli Peninsula, Canakkale Province, Turkey
