Drake, Kenneth Grant

 

 

Born 22th June 1889 Westbury Tasmania the fourth son of William Kirkwood and Jessie Mary Drake (nee Grant) a clerk he embarked Melbourne 5th October 1918 on board SS Zealandic with the 1st-3rd Reinforcements.

 

He was serving with the 12th Battalion when died 29th January 1919 at the 1st Australian General Hospital Sutton Veny from broncho pneumonia and was buried in the Sutton Veny (St John) Churchyard, Sutton Veny, Wiltshire, United Kingdom.
