Drew, David Gordon
Born 1896 Richmond Tasmania the son of Thomas Edward and Charlotte Elizabeth Drew (nee Plummer) he embarked Hobart 17th February 1917 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the Army Medical Corps.
He was serving with the 13th Field Ambulance Australian Army Medical Corps when he was admitted to the No 17 Casualty Clearing Station, Belgium with a gunshot wound to the forehead. He died 15th October 1917 and was buried in the Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Belgium.
