Eagling, Archie

Born 1892 Beulah Tasmania the son of George Edward and Alice Marion Eagling (nee Austin) a farm labourer he embarked Melbourne 10^th October 1915 on board “HMAT Ascanius” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 52^nd Battalion when he was killed in action 6^th July 1916 in France and is commemorated in he Rue-Petillon Military Cemetery, Fleurbaix, Bethune, Franc.
