Eddington, Gilbert O'Connor

Born 30^th March 1889 Hobart Tasmania the son of John Thomas and Sarah Ann Eddington (nee Thomson) and married to Lilian May Horne he embarked Melbourne 14^th February 1917 on board RMS Osterley with the 1^st Divisional Ammunition Column.

He was killed in action 1^st October 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated in the The Huts Cemetery
