Edwards, Herbert

Born Hobart 1 20 year old labourer living at 20 Yardley Street North Hobart Tasmania, married to Myrtle Winifred Flood he embarked Brisbane 29^th June 1915 on board “HMAT Aeneas” with the 26^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 25^th August 1916 in France and is commemorated in the Serre Road Cemetery No 2, Beaumont Hamel, Picardie, France
