Emery Percy Alexander
Born Hobart Tasmania the son of William and Jane Emery married, a carpenter by trade he embarked Sydney 20th January 1916 on board “HMAT Runic” with the 1st Division Signal Company He served with the 2nd Australian Bushmen and for five years was a member of the Royal Navy He died 19th December 1918 at the 3rd Australian Auxiliary Hospital Dartford from acute gastritis and was buried in the Brookwood Military Cemetery, Pirbright, Surrey, United Kingdom
