ESCOTT, ALBERT REGINALD
Mr W W Escott of the Home Affairs Department his been notified that his son Gunner Albert Reginald Escott, was killed in action in France on August 8. He was employed by Messrs Darling and Reynolds of Hobart and enlisted soon after the outbreak of war. His brother also has been at the front a long time The Mercury 2nd Sep 1918 ESCOTT-In proud and fond remembrance of our dear son and brother, Gunner Albert Reg Escott, 17th Battery, killed in action in France.
