Evans Frank Hubert

Born 1895 Hobart Tasmania the son of Hubert John and Emily Evans (nee Lucas) a student on a farm he embarked Melbourne 22^nd December 1914 on board “HMAT Ceramic” with the 15^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 4^th August 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated in the Ari Burnu Cemetery, Gallipoli Peninsula, Canakkale Province, Turkey

EVANS. — Frank Hubert (Private, 15th Battalion), killed in action at Dardanelles. Son of Mrs. H. J. Evans, Highbury Hospital, Hobart, aged 20
