Flood, William Wallace

 

 

 

Born 1898 Hobart Tasmania the son of James William and Sarah Cecilia Flood (nee Martyn) a labourer he embarked Melbourne 7th September 1917 aboard “HMAT Kyarra” with the 3rd Australian Light Horse

 

He died 18th August 1918 at the 36th Stationary Hospital Gaza from a Cerebellar abscess and was buried in the Gaza War Cemetery, Gaza, Israel
