Ford, John Thomas

Born 28^th June 1893 Launceston Tasmania to Alfred Crisp and Amy Ford (nee Collings) a seaman who departed Melbourne 5^th January 1916 on board “HMAT Afric” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 30^th September 1917 and was buried Belgian Battery Corner Cemetery, Belgium.
