Fry Frank
Born Hobart Tasmania a labourer who listed his foster brother Alfred Fry as his next of kin he enlisted and was in camp for two days and was discharged because he was suffering from pleurisy. He reenlisted and embarked Melbourne on board “HMAT Hororata” with the 7th Infantry.
When he was at Durrington England before leaving for France he committed the offence “throwing snowballs while of parade”.
He was killed in action 20th September 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium
