Glasgow, Colin

Born Casino New South Wales the only son of L H Glasgow a solicitor of Casino but was working as a school teacher at Balfour Tasmania which was where he enlisted. He departed Hobart 20^th October 1914 on board “HMAT Geelong” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 25^th April 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated on the Lone Pine Memorial, Gallipoli, Turkey.
