Good, Franklin Huon
He was born 1896 Launceston Tasmania to Samuel Saunders and Margaret Harriet Good (nee Evenden) a bank clerk who embarked Brisbane 25th May 1915 on board “HMAT Ascanius” with the 7th Field Ambulance. He was serving with the 13th Field Ambulance when he was killed in action 8th June 1917 at Messines and is commemorated in the Kandahar Farm Cemetery, Belgium. GOOD. -Killed on active Service in France on June 8, 1917, Private Franklin Huon Good, sixth son of S. S. and Margaret H. Good, of Launceston, aged 20 years.
