Goss, Albert Robert

Born 5^th February 1885 Sheffield Tasmania to Robert and Amelia Anna Goss (nee Sheridan) who was employed by the Tasmanian Government Railway he departed Hobart 8^th August 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion.

Had previously been wounded on four occasions before he was killed in action 30^th August 1918 and is commemorated in the Suzanne Military Cemetery No 3, France
