Green, Claude
The son of John Green Launceston a 26 year old labourer living at Cygnet he embarked Hobart Tasmania 13th December 1915 on board “HMAT Ajana” with the 26th Infantry Battalion.
He was serving with the 12th Battalion when he was killed in action 8th June 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated on the The Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial (Panel 7), Belgium
