Greene, Henry Cecil
Born 12th September 1892 Montague Tasmania the son of Alfred Stanley and Constance Eliza Greene (nee Griffiths) a 24 year old farmer he embarked Melbourne 20th October 1916 on board “HMAT Port Lincoln” with the 12th Infantry Battalion.
He was killed in action 8th January 1918 at Messines Belgium and like others with no known grave is commemorated on the The Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial
