Griffiths Leslie John

The son of William and Mary Griffiths of Middleton a 21 year old labourer he embarked Melbourne 18^th February 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 24^th April 1918 and is commemorated on the Australian National Memorial, Villers-Bretonneux, France
