Hale, Edward Godfrey
He was born 1887 Bothwell Tasmania to Edward and Clara Adelaide Hale (nee Cleaver) a labourer who embarked Brisbane 25th May 1915 on board “HMAT Ascanius” with the 7th Field Ambulance. He was killed in action 25th October 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and was buried in the 7th Field Ambulance Cemetery, Gallipoli, Turkey.
