Harman, Augustus Thomas

 

Born Detention River, a farmer from Ulverstone Tasmania he listed his brother E Harman of Dentention River as his next of kin, he enlisted Claremont Tasmania and embarked from Melbourne 29th December 1915 with the 15th Infantry Battalion.

 

He was killed in action 16th October 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated in the Divisional Collecting Post Cemetery Extension (Plot II, Row H, Grave No. 20), Boesinghe, Belgium.
