Hayes, Theophilus Grenville

Born 4^th May 1898 Ulverstone Tasmania the son of William and Florence Louisa Hayes (nee Cornick) he embarked Hobart 8^th August 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion.

He died 28^th March 1918 in France from wounds received in the field and was buried in the Querrieu British Cemetery, Querrieu, France.
