Henderson, Alfred George

Born 6^th November 1891 Brisbane Queensland but living in Conlan Street Queenstown the son of Alfred Lawson and Clara Emma Henderson (nee Pearce) a labourer he embarked Melbourne 2^nd February 1915 on board “HMAT Clan McGillivray” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 7^th October 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Flanders, Belgium
