Henshaw Clifford Osbourne

Born Zeehan Tasmania the son of John Henshaw married a miner he embarked Melbourne 25^th October 1916 on board “HMAT Ulysses” with the 6^th Infantry Battalion.

He died 23^rd August 1918 in France from wounds received in he field and was buried in the Heath Cemetery, Picardie, France

His brother Pte Ralph Henshaw No 1608 died 24^th March 1916 in England from bronchial pneumonia and was buried in the Weymouth Cemetery, Weymouth, Dorset, England, United Kingdom

Private Clifford O Henshaw died on wounds on August 23^rd. Private Henshaw the second son of Mr and Mrs J. Henshaw Zeehan was 24 years of age. He leaves a wife and 2 children. His brother Ralph was killed in action in 1916 and another brother John is still on active service.
