Holtum, Cyril Robert

Cyril Robert HOLTUM, third son of Richard Hentry
Raphael HOLTUM and Elizabeth DUFFY, was born 21 Jul
1890 in Scottsdale, TAS.

He married the former Evangeline Kate HIGGINS in
Zeehan, allegedly on 12 Sep 1910 (unconfirmed).

On 9 Feb 1915 he enlisted in 12 Bn AIF; on his
attestation he responded "yes" to the question, "Are
you married?" and indicated that he had three
children. Sadly, he was killed in action 11 Aug 1918
in France.
