Howell, Lionel Arthur
Lance Corporal Howell had received a gun shot wound to the stomach
in France and after spending time in hospital in England
was returning to Australia for discharge when he had to
be taken off ship and admitted to hospital with an
infected kidney but died 29th August 1918 at
the No 8 General Hospital in Western Australia and was
buried in the
Fremantle Cemetery.
HOWELL-On August 29 1918 died of wounds received in action on October 4 1917 Lionel Arthur dearly beloved second eldest son of Arthur and, the late Elizabeth Howell Glenlusk aged 31 years.
